A new file format has been added to the Print 1099 Forms screen to generate a file that is compatible with the IRS's IRIS system. The "IRIS CSV File" format is found in the "Type of Form" field. You will be required to enter Contact details, along with a path to export the file and file name. Ensure that the file name ends with .csv.
How to Access
This update is available in Jonas Club Management version 2024.0588 or later and you can access it through the following path:
Accounts Payable > Reports > Print 1099 Forms program
